Sephora VIB Haul

My smaller haul from the Sephora VIB event
I honestly was not going to get anything... but, lets get

I got these products a few weeks ago and have tried all the products, so this haul will also have mini reviews.

Nars Eyeshadow Base
This is my upgrade after using UDPP. The texture is very gel like and light.
Despite all the hype, my eye make up still creased using this, but admit tingly I like this far more than UDPP

Lancome Le Stylo Waterpoof Tech Eyeliner in Noir
Lasts on my waterline for about 15 blinks...waterproof!? are they serious....
Still looking for the perfect black pencil...the search continues...

NARS Ashes to Ashes
Lighter version of MAC's satin Taupe with a bit of grey
Love this with Bare Study Paint Pot, and brown khol rimmed eyes, not harsh, very soft and flattering combo

NARS Savage
My first NARS cream shadow. These get mixed reviews. So far its very smooth and creamy. A beautiful bronze shade that leans more towards orange bronze

NARS Cairo
Looks familiar? I bought it last year and returned it for some reason...had to get it back in my life
I wear this with Savage as a base to cut the orange in Savage with black khol rimmed eyes.

NARS Mitzi
Your lips but better, easy to wear, nice for work and life in general
Sheer and moisturizing

Clinique Super Blended Powder in Neutral
Needed a loose powder. I returned the one I had shown from Laura Mercier because it was not being compatible with my skin...
Clinique is safe for those who have acne prone skin because they're 100% allergy free.
This powder an nice, soft, well milled and very well priced! You get a load of product for $19.
This powder takes a little longer to get used to, my first day application was not that great but after a few days I got the hang of it and like this!

It's Here!

I am lucky enough to finally own my dream bag that I have been lemming for the past two years.
I was on some wait list for 9 months!

The Mulberry Alexa Bag

My photos do not do it justice. Will try to post OOTD with this bag

Chanel is left for me! Until then, I am extremely satisfied with this bag for my 20's

What are your dream bags?

Black Listed

Seems that all the items attracting me now all share a common thread, Black. Will probably wear this color throughout winter. I always looks so chic and effortless always with some white.

MAC's A Tartan Tale

Items I picked up from the MAC holiday collection

First up is a lip set
I actually was not too impressed with this set. The lip pencil is a very very light pink which I have no idea how to use, and I am not much of a fan of Dazzleglasses so I gave the items in this set away. I just really wanted the corresponding bag that comes with this set which I use currently as my everyday make up bag

Fabulous Fantasy Lip Kit
Quite possibly my favorite item from this line. I know I know it looks brown right???? When I first saw this I said noo way, too 80's... but I saw Fuzkittie use this and saw it was so light and sheer! I did not even swatch it in the store because I thought it looked too dark but I LOVE this!
Definitely better than it looks in the pan
All three colors are great

Triumphant Blush Face Kit

The colors in the photo are washed out. The Beauty Powder on the bottom is called Smooth Harmony. Looks useful as a contour. The Sheertone blush is Melba and the Shimmer is Peach twist.
There was a pink face kit but I have been very into Peach blushes lately, also the pink kit I think was a little more chalky, and the Melba in this kit was so pigmented I had to grab it.

Cut a Caper Lipstick
Light pink/coral, very wearable for work and everyday. Will probably wear this more during spring.

My Highland Honey Blush

I have been loooving my MAC Peaches, I had heard this was very simmilar so I passed on it but..I just could not stop thinking about (disease)
I figured if I wear Peaches 4x a week I would probably love this also.
This item is more true peach while MAC Peaches is like the peach fruit with a tiny bit of brown in the background.
Highland Honey is pretty but I think unless you are fair this may come off chalky and a bit hard to wear. I will wear this during the winter when I am at my palest.

I am so sorry for the lack of swatches I totally forgot until I uploaded all the pics!

In truth this collection is would not know it from the amount of items I bought. I actually saw this collection early and passed on everything but slowly as the reviews came pouring in I was sucked in ><>

Did you guys pick anything up from the holiday collection?
